It was a wonderful experience while staying at the Comfort Inn in Altoona, Iowa! The staff was awesome, especially Ginger. I had to be rushed to the hospital, the early evening before the next day of returning home to Columbia South, Carolina. The room was very clean. Again thanks, to Ginger for everything you done for me! I was able to get my ticket changed so, I could get home earlier than late evening!

The location is perfect. It's close to the Insterstate and the room is the perfect size, it's clean, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is in excellent shape. We were just there for a night and our way home back East. The ladies working the breakfast area was so nice, we were exhausted and didn't come down until almost 9 am because the guy that checked us in the night before mistakenly said breakfast was til 9:30 but the lady was kind enough to let us get some food and drinks.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect. We went to Adventureland and only took a matter of minutes to reach hotel

The room, the breakfast, the location at the time of our traveling. The young man that checked us in was very genuine and pleasant. It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced!

The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. We especially liked the people running the breakfast area, everything was very clean and organized. Our room was clean and comfortable. The manager at the desk who checked us out was very nice. She and anyone else from your staff in Altoona are doing a fantastic job!

We stayed on the third floor and it was handicap accessible, easy for me to use my scooter to get in and out of the room and up and down the hallways...

Location was great from the Iowa State fairgrounds. We arrived late after a day at fair and only slept overnight. We did not use or look at any areas of hotel.
